• Courtyard with one designated parking space. Small patio area to front of house with bench.  Communal lawn to rear of the terrace of cottages.   Storage shed. Village playing fields with children's play equipment 20 yds.
• GENERAL INFORMATION:
• Changeover: Friday in after 3pm out by 10am.
  Restrictions: No smoking.
  Power and heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage radiators in all main rooms; wood burning stove second sitting room; hot water electric immersion heater.
  Bedding and linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen provided, towels not provided.
  Baby equipment: None.
